Groundbreaking in Brownsville

groundbreaking ceremonyFirst Community Bank announces the ground breaking for its newest banking center in the Rio
Grande Valley. The ceremony will take place at 470 East Morrison Road, directly behind Tipton
Motors, on Wednesday, August 29th at 10:00 am.
The 4400 square foot facility will host 5 drive-thru lanes plus an ATM lane to efficiently serve the
community of Brownsville. First Community Bank has assembled a strong team to deliver the same
superior service, with trust and integrity, that its customers have enjoyed for nearly 33 years. Myrna
Sierra will serve as Branch Manager, VP/Retail Lending, Sandra Lopez-Langley as the Business
Development Officer, and Walter Pawkett as Senior Vice President/Commercial Lending.

The new center will feature First Community Bank’s classic Spanish architecture with a bit of
